i attended a two-hour interview workshop conducted by some lab talent company.
truth be told, nothing new were revealed.. but what hit me the most was when i got picked up by the speaker and asked what are three weaknesses that i possessed?
without a moment wasted, i answered. "i have short-fuse issue, i get bored easily, and i cannot seem to focus on one thing." then i realised, what was i thinking?
i, of all people should know that when it comes to interview.. ur honesty may not be the best policy. i had to learn it the hard way.. and it cost me a scholarship back in 2006. anyway, why oh why i was being so honest?
i remember advising my friend to always sugar-coat ur weakness when asked, but look who is not walking the talk? sigh. if that was a real interview, i would defnitely have failed. Now, should i be worried now? YES I SHOULD!
guess i need to organise my thought better. i didnt know why, somehow for a moment back then i thought by answering the question instantenously, i could win some trophy.. oh boy, damn i was i wrong!
perhaps, a little more careful next time (if there ever be one)
