Of Work and Walk.

Its been two weeks since I first stepped into 1 Sentral and joined in with the most adventurous high-performance bunch of people, and I have yet to regret any bit of it.
Well, maybe the only regret I would have is not being able to get to know everybody who is working on the same floor (ambitious? I know.. but why the hell not?)

Well, I notice people here play hard, and they definitely WORK HARDER. I don’t know about other department, but I can assure you that mine is not your typical brainy-geek. They laughed at stupid jokes, they laughed with others, and most importantly they laugh at themselves. THAT IS SURE SOMETHING. At first, I was scared (not regret) that I could never fit in, I mean considering where I come from, im WAY OUT of their league.
But hey, I just learned that if your paper qualification don’t get u far, UR SMILE MIGHT JUST GET U BY.. maybe not far, but you sure get one chance to prove urself. And maybe, JUST MAYBE u can end up being like them (or close..)

But hey, that’s good enough. Acknowledging that not everybody gets that ONE CHANCE, SO CONSIDER MYSELF LUCKY. =)

ONLY, there is ONE small, tiny, puny, little problem. I GET DISTRACTED EASILY.
I know I should stay focus and make the best out of the time I have here, but I guess im only a human after all (and human has flaws, weaknesses, soft-spots..whatever u wanna call it..) oh, the usually stuffs. Some stupid infatuation here and there, first-sight crush, and etc..etc.. but hey, as motivated as I am to be here, I ensure that my tasks get delivered on par with their expectation, then only …… . I flirt! LOL

Yes, the workplace is not only full with brain, its ALSO full with colors and characters. And I happen to find this one particular character, erm, rather INTERESTING? Yeah.. so, what do I with it? Nothing. It serves as a motivation for me to work harder. It serves as a motivation for me to surpass others’ expectations, and ultimately SURPRISES MYSELF (and maybe THAT character as well, but that is besides the point..). There is nothing more fulfilling than wanting to do something because YOU WANT TO, and THAT, ladies and gentleman is what we call WILLPOWER. And, the best part is, EVERYONE HAS ONE, U JUST HAVE TO LOOK DEEPER (and by that I don’t mean getting deeper into someone else’s pants/skirt..) hahahaaaa. ..
