ok, how do u feel when working with someone who is just not as passionate as you are? its really defeating me. I hate it when people do something half-heartedly and is too blind to open up for new ideas or better solution. I CANNOT WORK WITH PEOPLE WITH THIS ATTITUDE. It just bores me.
I have issue with people saying the word "takpelah.." who says its acceptable to do something less than what it could have been? I am not a perfectionist, but I expect at level best deliverables, especially when it comes to servicing clients. People pay you a sum of money in return of a certain service. So, why hold back? why do sambil lewa?
Im ashamed of the quality of work. It just breaks my heart to see someone producing something that is not attractive when I KNOW for a fact that IT COULD HAVE BEEN WAY BETTER. sigh. If this were to be a boardroom, I would have shed blood to root for what I stand for.
