A laid-back night with my brother is AWESOME!

So, my parents are away for few days and there are just me and my brother left at home. Hes on school holiday and supposedly should be working hard for his SPM, but I doubt. Well, I figured maybe he needs some break at home. After all, I was once his age too, and I know how school can be damn tiring at times, especially for form 5 students.

Since our parents are not at home, I figured why dont we go out and have one big night out together. Besides, I have some extra cash to burn since we havent been spending much money on food these few days. I told myself, this is great. I get to spend some quality time with my brother and then I can get down to some serious issues such as what he wants to be when grows up.

So, my initial choice is to eat green curry because I felt the urge of eating it. Unfortunately, green curry is still foreign to Kuantan people. So no luck on that, thus we decided to go to Teluk Cempedak and check out some seafood restaurant there. I forgot the name of this restaurant but the food was decent. We had ikan pari bakar, sotong bakar and ayam dara. To my surprise, they also cater flavoured ice which tastes quite similar to TF in KL. So, how much for a decent meal in TC? Rm32 for two. I thought its ok, but im sure I could have gotten a better deal in KL with that bill.

After dinner, we both stroll by the beach and just enjoyed the night away. After awhile (the stinky smell did not help), we left to the nearby bazaar. He wanted to get a cap, but could not get one. So, we left at about 11pm. On the way back, I started harassing him with the real issues pending since last time I met him. I just want him to realise the importance of having reasons and goal-setting for everything. I mean seriously, I wished someone would have told me back then.

Anyways, let me spare you with the details. Overall, that went well and we had so much fun! Definitely would be doing it again..
