Good Progress

Well,I better make some progress! After a hard bitch-slap reality from trying my work attire last week, I began to realise how serious my health problem is. Yes, besides two of my skinny jeans which I cannot fit in, my work attire add on to the problem. Now, this is worrying because should I have an interview this week, I WOULD NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO WEAR! damnit! Good thing I decided to start working after Raya..

So, I decided to take a more pro-active approach to lose the kgs fast! I have been almost-constantly rope-skipping on a daily basis now. Not for long tho, because my calves and thighs burn like hell and I would be walking like a rape-victim the next day. NOT a pretty sight, I must say. Initially I could barely do a 100 rotation per set but I now slowly begin to get the hang of it. I can now do 200 rotation per set within a minute. I can feel the difference now after doing it for almost two weeks. I rest for 30 seconds after every set and usually would go up to 6-7 sets per day. I aim to reach 1000 rotations per session by the end of this week and keep the momentum going.

In addition to that, I also do weight lifting and push-ups. Ive left push-ups for almost 3 months now since I got busy with my exam. I could barely do a perfect 10 push-ups per set nowadays. damnit! I try to maintain a perfect form and do atleast three sets per session, but boy oh boy..NOT EVEN CLOSE! Seriously, what have I turned myself into? I wonder what could possibly go wrong that I ended up letting myself go and got into this mess? Sigh.

Yeah,I havent been on scale to check out the result. I do have the reference point last week but I'd rather not share. ITS HORRIBLE! Its almost the same kgs that I had when I was in college, and I WAS FAT when i was in college! damnit!

I put on 13kgs over exam period, I can lose 13kgs for my graduation soon! Come on!!!
