I think its time.. .

Yes, I think its time I start watching my diet again and lose this fat for good. I begin to feel less comfortable now as most of my clothes dont fit anymore and what really hurts me the most is to see those skin-tight jeans hanging behind my door, and collecting dust as we speak. I never thought I have to go through the same process again after having lost 10kgs few years back. I managed to stay healthy for close to 2 years but oh boy... I got too comfortable with myself and succumb to the bad lifestyle. Let me not get into the details of my guilty-pleasure lifestyle recently, but something has got to change!

So, where do I start? I took an initiative to drive all the way to Kuantan (which is half an hour drive inclusive of bad traffic and cows crossings roads randomly) to get a rope. YES, A SKIPPING ROPE! Ive been thinking that since my everyday-plan to go jogging in the morning is never going to happen because I always wake up at 12 to 3pm, which would then be insane for me to jog under the hot sun, I figured I should get something so I can do cardio at my own leisure. (and yes, I sleep A LOT.)

I used to jog a lot when I was in first year in uni. I jog early in the morning and late in the evening for few lapse around the lake and alternate my routine with some weight lifting. Damn, those days. I remember getting a lot of compliments wearing that skinny jeans. hahahaha (yes, THOSE dayss..now its OVER. how pathetic). SO, i figured I should use the same formula to gain my healthy body back: do cardio and weight lifting alternately and watch my diet. Alright, I did this few years back, I SURE CAN DO IT AGAIN NOW. NO PROBLEM!

I shall update you the progress from time to time. Im also excited because a good friend of mine is also working hard getting into shape and relive his glorious days in high school. WHIP THAT LOVE HANDLE OFF! hahaha.. I wish u all the best babe! Let me know when can I tag along and watch u in action! Come on, Im ur number one fan! hahaha
