Suddenly, it hits me. We do not get any younger by days, and one friend after another is getting married and settling down as I speak. Aku bila lagi? I can see myself being someone's husband and more importantly someone's father one day, but not in the near future. I think, part of being the first guy in the family does come with some extra responsibility in which I am happily obliged to do. Its not so much on financial ground, but the idea that I can go back home whenever needed and check on my brother at school whenever my parents are unable to sound like a near-future reality to me. Last time, I drove my father to clinic because he has been experiencing severe flu and cold. Time like this reminds me that I have a lot of responsibility ahead. I just hope I wont be derailed.

Regardless, Im working now. That means I a big guy now (or so I thought)
